sudden heatwaves of nostalgia permeated with xrays of children little boy arms behind his head lay back projaculated acroos his face and that ones arm
i need to retire from the wolf castle its time. i need new blood anchor
there is a girl wearing a totalitar shirt on mtv.
ive been playing/composing sounds ideas more often lately. recording them too.
i bought a gong for 50 dollars the other day.
i still think nihilism ( in this context) is silly.
dam it wasnt a totalitar shirt.
my job has restricted me from forming cool beads of sweat around my face and chest and i miss what i saw when i closed my eyes and looked at the sun. im glad its getting cool though.
but no i donno im feeling a nostalgia...i donno towards what exactly. but the current epoch of my life...and the legions of souls that occupty it...suddenly seem so foreign, they seem liek dim sketchs. no history to flesh in the lines.
when i was young and ignorant I still had greater ideas every day than i do in a years time this side of the timeline.
.....
freak out

1:46 pm - FREE MONEY!
|
USE PAYPAL? WANT FREE MONEY?
My peeps, you can make $25 in 2 minutes
This website is planning to launch this summer as an alternative to paypal -- which to me is very welcome. Anyway, much like paypal did when they started, they are giving away free money to people who sign up. When you preregister they'll give you $25 in your account when the site launches this summer. Preregistration doesn't require anything sketchy like credit card info or bank account numbers -- just name, address, and email address. Anyway, they give you $25, and then another $5 for every person who signs up under you, soooooooooo.... Go here: www.greenzap.com/joshfeigert Get me my $5, and then you can get your $25 (it only takes about 2 minutes to sign up), then you can start referring people and get $5 a pop from them (just like I'm trying to do right now). You can't get the money til the site launches, but you'll probably need $25 to spend on ebay this summer. Sorry if this post seems spammy (it is), but I remember when paypal did a similar thing upon their launch, and it was cool getting free money then. Cool now too.
GO HERE AND SIGN UP AND REFER ME, IE PUT joshfeigert IN AS YOUR REFERENCE CODE, THEN REFER OTHER PEOPEL AND YOU GET 5 BUCKS FOR EACH ONE.
(body paragraph stolen from chris bickel)
free money is good so help me and you out. thanks josh.

we are in danger because trees are not physical manifestations of reality to common men, but metaphors. indistiguishable from streets, commercial/industrial buildings, products. nature is a product just as is deoderant. most of the "natural" parts of our suburban environments were produced and concieved and controlled by men. whereas we as humans once saw there to be one great metaphor, the metaphor of the mind and its mirrored physicla life...we now live in a hall of mirrors with endless reflections, endless metaphors. nothing has any meaning because each meanign is jsut a metaphor for some other metaphor. nothing is safe because nothign is real.
i sat with my son telling stories to him before he went to sleep. i myself found it hard to invent my own characters and settings. whenever he asks me to tell a story, he requests me to insert some preexisting tv character or actionfigure into the story. im afraid he is devolpign the inability to create and invent possibilities outside the consumer world he is abosorbed in. i dont feel this is unique in him, but moreso an applicable trait to all of us so a lesser or greater extent. our minds have been disneyfied. the only world we have to work with is the world THEY give us. of course we can create something when we really think to do it...but inside this cage called consumerism that switch in our minds is turned off and by default we slip in to our catalogue of preexisitng characters themes answers.
my solution for my son is to tyr tp weed out his collection of toys, ween him off watchgin tv almost completely ( not that he watches much really) and we are also (we talked abotu this as he was going to bed tonight) going to each week try to create our own characters and stories. we are going to draw the charcters out and then try to find/buy different parts to make our own characters/toys. we are going to write stories about the characters and make a book and give it to everyone in our family.
it may be a small thing but i am tryign to get him in the mindset of thinking outside of the framework. raising a child is difficult. i think my and his mother have doen and very good job, especially for otu age, but there are some thinsg i want to be mroe active at in helpign him shape his personality.
i needed to write this down, because it is a summation of a lto of feelings i ahve ahd lately and i needed to purge them so i coudl examine them some more.
the idea that reality is becoming more an dmroe distant to me is everpresent and seems to encroach on me every day.
nothing is real to anyone so why care abotu an oil underground in alaska? why care abotu dying humans/animals/plants/environements in the middle eastt? why question racism? why do anything? why nto just sit and watch tv?
i am increasdingly afraid to watch tv.
i hate what i put in my body. i mena i eat pretty well, but not well enough. eating thinsg that grow out of the ground makes me feel good. eating things fomr a box does not.
i have been reading much more than any time in my life lately. which i am very glad about.
i get my license back this week
im very happy with taylor, i feel like on certain levels i have reached a state in human relationship that i ahve never been to before.
relationships between space and humans continue to intrigue me.
i am reading "ada" by vladimir nabokov, which i found in a thrift store this weekend.
i feel my life expanding and contracting...im ready for summer.
there are thinsg i am really happy abotu and thinsg i need to work on.
i am currently obsessed with: tragedy khadafi, capone n noreaga, cormega, mobb deep, nas etc pretty much any queensbridge hip hop.
found a mountain LP and a james gang Lp at my parents house which i am enjoying...and a triple gatefodl yes "yessongs" LP at a thrift store whih i am also enjoying.
now just help me find a job and i think my life will a 10!
ok
love

well friends,
after 6 months of wearing the same pants every day (minus a day or two) i finally bought some new pants thanks to taylor tricking me into thinking we were buying her pants. so you will now see me in not only 2 different pairs of jeans but 3! 3 pairs of pants to alternate with!
i also bought "graffiti world" which is alright. has some pretty sick stuff, but is very selective and very scholoarly. which is cool, but...
lots of fun with taylor lately.

a i have quite a few ideas running through my head. finally finished off "cities of the red night" and now im reading a jerzy kozsinski book i got for a quarter.
